High-flying Torquay chef Simon Hulstone, who has been chosen to create BA’s special Olympic menu for 2012, owns this Michelin starred restaurant. A huge treat for Valentine’s Day, the restaurant overlooks beautiful Torbay harbour. The Elephant has twice been recognised in the UK’s top 100 restaurants as voted by Restaurant magazine.
